1. Domestic Shipping Charges (Within India)
- Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy FREE insured shipping across India on all orders of ₹1,999 and above.
- Standard Orders Below ₹1,999: A nominal flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available pan-India on orders up to ₹15,000.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Ready-to-Ship Creations: Dispatched from our warehouse within 2–4 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Heavy Couture & Made-to-Order Lehengas: Dispatched within 7–12 working days to allow for artisanal hand-finishing.
- Transit Time After Dispatch:
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 working days.
- Rest of India: 5–7 working days.
