Find quick answers to common questions about Nawabzadi fabrics, sizing, shipping, and care.
Are your chikankari and zari outfits authentic handwork?
Yes. Our Lucknowi chikankari, gota-patti, and zari-embroidered collections are crafted by skilled artisans in India. Subtle variations in stitch density are the hallmark of genuine handwork.
Do your Chanderi and Georgette suits come with inner lining?
Absolutely. All our sheer or festive fabrics—including Chanderi silk, georgette, chinnon, and organza ensembles—come fully lined with breathable softened cotton mulmul (or include a matching cotton mul slip for Lucknowi tunics).
How long will my order take to reach me?
Ready-to-ship styles are dispatched within 2–4 working days and delivered in 3–5 days to metro cities and 5–7 days across the rest of India. You can check your exact estimated delivery window on any product page using our Pincode Checker.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across serviceable Indian pincodes on orders up to ₹15,000.
What if the size I ordered doesn’t fit?
No worries at all! Unused garments with original tags intact can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery. Visit our Returns & Exchange page or message our concierge.
How should I wash and store my Nawabzadi garments?
For zari, zardozi, silk, Chanderi, and velvet pieces, we recommend professional dry cleaning and storing folded in a breathable muslin cloth. Pure cotton mulmul kurtas may be gently hand-washed separately in cold water and dried in the shade.
